Welcome to StarHut, a live streaming and social platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, creating an account, or using StarHut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your region (usually 13+ or 16+) to use StarHut.

You may not use the Service if:

  • You are banned or suspended by StarHut
  • You are prohibited from using online social or live-streaming services under your local laws

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up-to-date

StarHut may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

To keep StarHut safe, users must follow these rules:

3.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT post, share, or livestream:

  • Nudity, sexual content, or sexual solicitation
  • Harmful, violent, or excessively graphic content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Self-harm, suicidal content, or dangerous acts
  • Illegal or criminal activities
  • Spam, scams, or misleading information
  • Unauthorized copyrighted material

3.2 Prohibited Behavior

You may NOT:

  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Exploit minors or display underage content
  • Use bots, automated tools, or unfair manipulation
  • Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or money laundering
  • Circumvent safety systems or moderation tools
  • Sell or transfer your account

3.3 Live Streaming Rules

During livestreams, you must:

  • Follow local laws
  • Avoid harmful or unsafe behavior
  • Respect community guidelines
  • Avoid promoting violence, drugs, gambling, or adult services

StarHut may remove streams or content at its discretion.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

StarHut offers virtual items such as:

  • Diamonds
  • Gifts
  • VIP/Noble subscriptions
  • Other digital goods

4.1 Nature of Virtual Items

  • These items have no real-world monetary value.
  • Items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for personal use only.
  • Purchases are processed through Google Play/App Store, and we do not store full payment details.

4.2 Refunds

All purchases are considered final. Refund requests must follow Google Play's refund rules, not StarHut's internal policies.

5. Content You Share

When you upload or stream content, you grant StarHut a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display, reproduce, and distribute your content
  • Use your content for safety moderation
  • Promote the platform (only with your public content)

This license exists only while your content remains on the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you create.

6. Safety & Moderation

StarHut uses a combination of:

  • AI moderation
  • Human review
  • User reporting
  • Behavior detection systems

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate policies.

Repeated or severe violations may result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Loss of virtual items
  • Removal of content
  • Notification to authorities (for illegal activities)

7. Privacy

Your use of StarHut is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All StarHut branding, software, graphics, and features are owned by StarHut.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Your actions risk harm to other users
  • You engage in fraud or illegal behavior

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

StarHut is provided "as-is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • That livestreams will always be uninterrupted
  • That content will always be safe or accurate
  • That users' behavior will meet your expectations

You use StarHut at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

StarHut is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of virtual items
  • Personal injury or harm caused by other users
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or technical issues

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed.

If major changes occur, we will notify you through the app or website.

Continued use of StarHut means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StarHut operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
